How to request one

Reply to your purchase receipt email with the word "refund". We process refunds through Stripe back to the original card; it usually appears within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

After a refund

Once refunded, please delete the files. The refund cancels your licence to use them.

Digital goods note

Because these are digital files delivered instantly, some jurisdictions exclude digital goods from statutory withdrawal rights. We offer the 30-day guarantee anyway — it's simpler for both of us.
